These 20 wooden school tokens were designed specifically for Finspan (the game includes cardboard tokens). These are intended to supplement the full Upgrade Pack for higher player count games.
Bought these to round out a full Upgrade Pack for a six-player game and they fit the cardboard slots perfectly. The wood has a slightly textured feel that makes them easier to grab than the originals, and twenty was exactly the count I needed.
The wooden tokens have a nice weight that makes tracking your school progress way more satisfying than the cardboard ones. Twenty is the perfect count for our eight-player games since the base set runs short.
We play Finspan with six people regularly, so the extra set was a must-have. The wooden pieces have a satisfying weight to them that the cardboard ones just don't, and they fit perfectly in the upgrade pack slots.
