This pack of 2 metal mech miniatures for Expeditions: Gears of Corruption includes silicon base snaps in 6 different colors.
Swapping the plastic minis for these metal ones adds a surprising amount of heft to the table, and the six base snap colors make it easy to tell squads apart at a glance. They clicked onto my bases without any wobble.
These two metal mechs have a nice heft that makes them feel way sturdier than the cardboard tokens I'd been using. The six color options for the base snaps let me match them to my player colors, though I do wish the pack came with more than two figures.
The silicon base snaps are a thoughtful touch—the 6 colors make it easy to tell my two armies apart at a glance. The mechs feel solid and weighty on the board, and they didn't wobble once during a three-hour session.
