Tokaido Solo Pack (already included in Stonemaier Tokaido)

Finally I can play Tokaido solo with my older Funforge edition — the cards and rules sheet were exactly what I needed, and setup took just a couple minutes.

Bought this thinking I'd need to rebuy the whole game, but it's just the solo deck and rules for my older Funforge box. The solo mode itself is surprisingly tense — you're racing a phantom traveler for points and every stop matters. Played four games the first night.

Wasn't sure the solo rules would feel as relaxing as playing with friends, but the dummy traveler mechanic actually keeps the pacing tense. Setup took me a couple of reads, though the turn-by-turn card flow clicked by my second game.
