This natural rubber playmat for Expeditions has double-stitched edges for durability. It is double sided (one side with outlines for hexes, cards, and basecamp and one side just with art), and it fits the core components needed for a 5-player game (location tiles, basecamp, and mech mats), with flexible positioning for various player counts and table configurations. It measures 900x900mm.

Why switch to a natural rubber playmat? Some players prefer this neoprene-like material because it's easier to remove or tuck cards.

The playmat is flat packed, so it can ship with other products on our webstore.

Nicholas ★★★★★

Flipped it to the plain art side for a game night and it looked great on the table, then switched to the hex outlines when we actually started playing. The rubber grips my wooden table really well, no sliding around when people reach across. Stitching on the edges looks solid too.

The hex outlines on the play side line up so precisely that setting up cards and tiles takes half the time it used to. I flipped it to the art side for a casual session and the double-stitched edges still feel rock solid after a few weeks of weekly use.

Stella ★★★★★

The double-sided design is genius—I play with the hex outlines facing up for setup, then flip it to the art side once the game starts and it looks gorgeous on the table. Edges feel really sturdy with that double stitching, and it’s held up fine through a few tight rolls in my bag.
