These 45 metal coins and 104 wooden resource tokens were designed specifically for Wyrmspan (the game includes cardboard tokens). All metal coins are identical, and there are 26 each of the resource tokens: meat, gem, gold, and milk.
Swapping out the cardboard for these wooden resources honestly made the game feel way nicer to play, and the 104 tokens cover every resource type with plenty to spare. The 45 identical metal coins are a nice weight too, no more fumbling with flimsy cardboard.
The clink of the metal coins when you drop them on the table is honestly addictive, and they stack so much better than the flimsy cardboard ones. The 104 wooden resource tokens feel nice and chunky in hand too. Zero regrets upgrading this.
Swapping the cardboard for these 45 metal coins makes banking gems feel way more satisfying at the table, and the weight is just right. The 104 wooden resource tokens also mean I never run short during a big engine turn.
